摘要
心境障碍的执行功能损害是当前研究的重点和热点问题,其受年龄、疾病自身特点、疾病的诊疗方法等多种因素的影响,为帮助患者更好地适应社会,提高生活质量,执行功能的评估和干预是临床工作综合治疗的关键。目前心境障碍执行功能的评估工具众多,但评估工具的信效度仍待提高,缺乏有效统一的评估工具对心境障碍的诊疗及预后带来很大困难。Thinc-it工具可能具有优于传统测量工具的实用,耗时短、方便使用、免费等优点,目前在抑郁症中有过测量,下一步待探索在抑郁症、双相障碍等中的应用。
Executive functional impairment of mood disorders is a focus and hot issue of the current research.It is affected by many factors such as age,characteristics of the mood disorders,diagnosis and treatment methods of the disease,etc.In order to help the patients better adapt to society and improve their quality of life,assessment of the executive function and intervention are key to the comprehensive clinical treatment.At present,there are many tools for assessing the exe-cutive function of mood disorders,but the reliability and validity of tools still need to be improved.The lack of an effective and unified assessment tool brings great difficulties to the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of mood disorders.The Thinc-it tool may have advantages over traditional measurement tools such as practicality,less time-consuming,easy to use,and free of expense,which has been measured in depression.The next step is to explore its applications in depression,and bipolar disorder etc.
