摘要
采用高温烧结、常压溶出的工艺提高铝灰中Al_2O_3的溶出率,并对影响铝灰中Al_2O_3溶出率的工艺条件进行了研究。实验结果表明,烧结过程和溶出过程对Al_2O_3的溶出率有着重要影响,且溶出Al_2O_3的最佳工艺条件为烧结温度750℃、m(NaOH)∶m(脱盐铝灰)=2.0∶1、烧结时间2h;溶出过程中m(水)∶m (熟料)=5∶1、溶出温度100℃、溶出时间30min时,Al_2O_3的溶出率最高,可达93.26%。
The high-temperature sintering and atmospheric pressure dissolution processes were used to increase the dissolution rate of Al2O3 in aluminum ash,and the process conditions affecting the dissolution rate of Al2O3 in aluminum ash were studied.The experimental results show that the sintering process and dissolution process have an important influence on the dissolution of Al2O3,and the best process conditions for the dissolution of Al2O3 are:the sintering temperature is 750℃,the alkali-ash ratio is 2.0∶1,and the time is 2 h;the ratio of liquid-solid in the dissolution process is 5∶1 and the dissolution temperature is 100℃,the time is 30 min.The leaching rate of Al2O3 is as high as 93.26%.
