犬布鲁氏菌病的组织病理学观察及病原分布检测 被引量:3

摘要 布鲁氏菌病主要引起公犬的睾丸炎、附睾炎并造成不育.该文对一例患布病公犬各器官的组织进行了病理学以及抗原分布分析.结果表明,肝脏、脾脏、睾丸、淋巴结呈现广泛的炎性细胞浸润与实质细胞变性坏死,脾脏中观察到大量感染性肉芽肿.免疫组化结果表明,布鲁氏菌抗原主要分布于肝、脾、睾丸组织中的巨噬细胞和中性粒细胞胞浆中,与巨噬细胞的亲和力最强. Brucellosis mainly causes orchitis,epididymitis and infertility in male dogs.In this study,the pathology and the antigen distribution of Brucella canis in organs were analyzed.The results showed that the liver,the spleen,the testis and the lymph nodes showed extensive inflammatory cell infiltration,degeneration and necrosis of parenchymal cells,and a large number of infectious granulomas were observed in the spleen.Results of immunohistochemistry showed that Brucella canis antigen was mainly distributed in the cytoplasm of macrophages and neutrophils in liver,spleen and testis and had the strongest affinity with macrophages.
