摘要
我国现分布有4种类型的旱獭,其中喜马拉雅旱獭分布地域最广,所在鼠疫自然疫源地面积最大.喜马拉雅旱獭是鼠疫杆菌的主要动物宿主之一,主要分布在青藏高原地区,该地区动物间鼠疫频发,是我国最活跃的鼠疫疫源地之一.近年来在喜马拉雅旱獭体内检测出多种病原体,其中部分病原体对人群具有潜在致病性且在一定条件下具备引起人兽共患病流行的风险.因此,由喜马拉雅旱獭引起的疫源性疾病对人群健康和畜牧业的发展具有潜在危害性,一定程度影响区域经济发展.对已在喜马拉雅旱獭中检测出病原体进行整理,以期为动物疫源性传染病的研究及防控工作提供参考,并就如何降低其对人群和生态环境的影响提出建议.
In China,there are currently four types of marmots distributed.Among them,the Himalayan marmot has the widest distribution and occupies the largest area of natural plague foci.Himalayan marmots are one of the primary animal reservoirs of Yersinia pestis,primarily found in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.The frequent occurrence of inter-species plague makes it one of the most active plague foci in China.In recent years,various pathogens have been detected in the Himalayan marmot,some of which have potential pathogenicity to humans and carry the risk of causing zoonotic outbreaks under certain conditions.Therefore,zoonotic diseases caused by the Himalayan marmot pose potential threats to public health and the development of the livestock industry,impacting regional economic growth to some extent.This article collates the pathogens detected in the Himalayan marmota,aiming to provide references for the research and control of zoonotic infectious diseases,and offers suggestions on how to mitigate their impact on human communities and the ecological environment.
