响应面法优化杨梅果渣花色苷微波辅助提取工艺 被引量:3

Optimization of Microwave-assisted Extraction Process for Anthocyanins from Bayberry Residue by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 为优化杨梅果渣花色苷提取工艺,在单因素试验基础上,采用响应面法研究微波辅助提取法对花色苷提取率的影响。结果表明:回归模型拟合度高(R2=0.969 2),且失拟误差不显著(P=0.133 6)。试验因素对提取杨梅果渣花色苷的影响程度为:乙醇浓度>料液比>微波功率>提取时间。最优提取工艺条件是:乙醇体积分数为80%、料液比为1∶25 g/mL、微波功率为510 W、提取时间为5 min,最优工艺条件下提取量为9.02 mg/g。 In order to optimize the extraction process of anthocyanins from bayberry residue,response surface methodology was used to explore the effect of microwave-assisted extraction on the extraction rate of anthocyanins on the basis of single-factor investigation.Results indicated that the regression model has a high degree of fit(R2=0.9692),and the lack of fit is not significant(P=0.1336).Based on effects of experimental factors on extraction rate of anthocyanins from high to low,it was ethanol concentration,proportion solvent:solid,microwave power and extraction time.The optimal extraction conditions for anthocyanins from bayberry residue was ethanol concentration of 80%,proportion solvent∶solid of 25∶1,microwave power of 510 W,and extraction time of 5 min.Under the optimal extraction conditions,the extraction efficiency of anthocyanins from bayberry residue was 9.02 mg/g.
