摘要
基于"双创"背景,阐释独立学院"双师型"师资的内涵,并分析当前独立学院"双师型"师资培养现状,进而针对"双师型"师资团队培养过程中存在的具体问题,分别从准确定位,强化师资高层设计;分类管理,构建完善的管理制度;校企合作,架构教师发展平台;多方参与,革新现有评价机制四个维度,提出了独立学院"双师型"师资培养的创新路径,旨在能够全面提高独立学院教学团队的综合素养与能力,更好地培养创新创业人才,推动独立学院教育事业的可持续发展。
Based on the background of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,this article explains the connotation of a dualqualified”teachers in independent colleges and analyzes the status quo of the cultivation of a dual-qualified”teachers in independent colleges.In order to solve the specific problems existing in the team-building process of adual-professional”teachers,an innovative approach to the cultivation of dual-qualified teachers in independent colleges was proposed:we should accurately position ad strengthen the top-level design of teachers;classify management and establish improved management systems;conduct school-enterprise coopera tion,and construct teacher development platform and promote multiple participation and reform the existing evaluation mechanism.The aim is to improve the comprehensive quality and ability of the independent college teaching team,to better cultivate innovative entrepreneurial talents,and to promote the sustainable development of independent college education.
