摘要
面对商业移动音频平台的崛起,文章通过政策、经济、社会、技术的角度对移动音频行业的深入分析,在此基础上,高校图书馆应该打通并整合移动音频产业链的上、中、下游,克服4种挑战,将移动音频资源建设纳入到图书馆数据资源建设的重要组成部分,承担其信息管理与保存、知识交流与传播的使命。
In the face of the rise of commercial mobile audio platforms,the article analyzes the mobile audio resources from the perspectives of policy,economy,society and technology.On this basis,the article suggests that the library should open up and integrate the upper,middle and lower reaches of the mobile audio industry chain,overcome four challenges,integrate mobile audio resource construction into an important part of the library’s data resources,and undertake the mission of information management and preservation,knowledge exchange and communication.
