摘要
当前我国社会工作类社会服务机构创业人才培养总体上发展缓慢,强调该行业领域创业人才的培养不仅切合当前"大众创业,万众创新"的政策方向,也符合当前该行业领域人才培养的实际情况。^([1])X学院社会工作专业从学生创业教育实践需要出发,由教师团队6名老师带领本专业2016级34名学生于2017年11月共同发起创办长沙市众众社会工作发展研究中心,并于2017年12月正式入驻长沙市青年社会组织孵化中心进行孵化。本文以该创新创业教育实践为例,探索青年社会组织孵化的流程、问题与对策,为社会工作专业高职高专创业实践教育及社会组织孵化实践活动开展提供参考。
At present,the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents in social service organizations for social work in China is generally slow,emphasizing that the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents in this industry and field not only meets the current policy direction of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",but also meets the current situation of talent training in this industry.Starting from the needs of students'entrepreneurship education practice,6 teachers from the social work major of X College led 34 students of this major to jointly launch the Changsha Zhongzhong Social Work Development and Research Center in November 2017,and then it has been incubated at the Changsha Youth Social Organization Incubation Center since December 2017.Taking the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education as an example,this paper explores the process,problems and countermeasures of youth social organization incubation,hoping to provide reference for higher vocational entrepreneurship education and social organization incubation in the social work major of higher vocational colleges.
