摘要
针对GTAW(gas tungsten arc weld)自动焊接系统,提出一种基于遗传算法优化PID(proportional inte-gral derivative)参数的焊缝跟踪控制算法。建立基于视觉传感的电弧焊焊缝跟踪系统及两相混合式步进电动机驱动焊炬运动的数学模型。利用遗传算法动态调节PID的3个参数,并结合研究对象进行计算机仿真研究。结果表明,遗传算法优化PID参数的控制方式能够有效提高焊缝跟踪精度。
Aimed at GTAW(gas tungsten arc weld)automatic welding system,a weld tracking control algorithm based on genetic algorithm is proposed to optimize PID(proportional integral derivative).A mathematical model of arc welding seam tracking system based on visual sensing and two-phase hybrid stepping motor driving welding torch movement is established.The three parameters of PID are dynami-cally adjusted by genetic algorithm,and the computer simulation is carried out in combination with the research object.Simulation results indicated that the PID controller with genetic algorithm can effectively improve the seam tracking precision.
