摘要
介绍了旋转电弧传感器用于焊缝跟踪的工作原理。针对空间狭窄、折角变化大的焊缝跟踪场合,研制了一种结构更紧凑,工作更稳定的新型旋转电弧传感器。设计了电弧传感器的旋转位置检测电路和以单片机为核心控制器的转速闭环及调速控制电路。实验证明:所设计的电路抗干扰强、测位可靠、转速稳定、调速准确。该传感系统已在轮式移动焊接机器人焊缝跟踪控制系统中得到成功应用。
The working principle of the rotating arc sensor used in seam tracking is introduced. For the demanding of the cabined, angle changing largely seam tracking situation, a more compact and stable new rotating arc sensor is developed. The rotary detecting circuit is designed and using single chip processor to be core controller for rotary close loop speed control. The experiments show that these circuits have good characteristics of anti-interference, the position detection is reliable, the rotation velocity is stable and accurate. The developed arc sensing system has been applied successfully in the wheeled welding mobile robot for seam tracking.
