摘要
针对目前传统的直流系统(绝缘)监测方式的误报和漏报等缺陷,提出了一种新型的直流系统绝缘监测解决方案,即间接零点漂移消除法。该方法通过快速地多次换极投切采样电阻,获得短时的多组数据。利用传感器基准零漂、温漂漏电流的瞬态变化可忽略的特性来获得系统漏电流的准确值,消除了传感器自身因环境变化带来的基电流变化,从而准确地计算出系统绝缘电阻的真实值。间接零点漂移消除法克服了因传感器的零点漂移、温度漂移导致的计算绝缘电阻值失真的问题,解决了由此带来的系统漏报、误报,以及传统检测方式存在的检测盲点和误差较大的问题,提高了系统运行的可靠性与准确性。通过仿真试验搭建相关电路,获得了与实际情况相符合的结果,验证了该方式的可行性和安全性。
Aiming at the defects of the traditional DC system insulation monitoring methods,such as false reports and missing reports,a new DC system insulation monitoring scheme is proposed.The indirect zero drift elimination method means using fast speed multiple switching of the sampling resistors to acquire multiple sets of short term data.By using the method of the reference zero drift of sensor and the transient change of the temperature drift leakage current can be negligible,the accurate value of the system leakage current is obtained;and the change in the base current of the sensor itself due to environmental changes is eliminated,thus the true value of the insulation resistance of the system can be accurately calculated.Indirect zero drift elimination method overcomes the problems of the distortion of calculating system insulation resistance caused by sensor datum zero drift and transient variation of temperature drift leakage current,solves the problems caused by system missing reports and false reports,detection blind spots and bigger errors by traditional detection methods,and improves the operational accuracy and reliability of the system.Through the simulation experiment to build the relevant circuit,the results are consistent with the actual situation,and the feasibility and safety of the method are verified.
