摘要
介绍了一套应用于上海奉贤化工区边界站的空气36种VOCs在线监测系统。该系统筛选了美国EPA-PAMS、TO15部分VOCs指标,采用GR Tracer预浓缩仪对大气中痕量VOCs进行浓缩富集,然后快速热脱附,经双柱双FID气相色谱仪进行定性定量分析。检测结果显示,系统的性能指标检出限<0. 5 ppb,校准曲线线性R2> 0. 995,在10 ppb浓度的精密度<3%,系统各项技术性能指标均满足并略优于《上海市重点产业园区空气特征污染自动监测系统验收技术要求》。
This paper introduced a set of36kinds of VOCs online air monitoring system,which was applied in Shanghai Fengxian Chemical Industrial Park.The system selected part of VOCs index from the US EPA-PAMS,TO15.A GR Tracer concentrator was used to concentrate the trace VOCs in the atmosphere,and then quickly heat desorption,and then detected by a double column double FID gas chromatograph.The test result show that the performance of the system was detection limit<0.5ppb,linear calibration curve R2>0.995,the precision<3%at the10ppb concentration.All of the technical indexes met and slightly better than the Technical Acceptance Requirements for Automatic Monitoring System in Shanghai Industrial Zone.
