菜地土壤重金属污染状况及对蔬菜安全性分析 被引量:7

摘要 参照重金属检测国家标准,采用原子吸收光谱法测定土壤和叶类蔬菜样本中Pb、Cd、Cr、Cu、As和Zn的重金属含量,评价吉林市化工区土壤和4种叶类蔬菜(香菜、小白菜、生菜、菠菜)受重金属污染的情况,并应用单因子污染指数、综合污染指数和潜在危害生态污染指数评价其安全性,旨在为城郊农田土壤重金属污染防治提供科学依据。结果表明:重金属潜在的危害生态指数分别为,机械厂和化工厂163.53和155.54,对当地的生态环境有微量影响,农药厂和化纤厂的重金属潜在生态危害指数值小于150,处在轻微生态环境,目前不会影响该地的生态环境;4个采样区的土壤重金属最大超出国家土壤环境质量二级标准的分别是机械加工厂的Cu、Pb、As 3种重金属;农药厂和化工厂Cu、Cd两种重金属。同时对4个采样点的蔬菜中的重金属进行测定,Cu对蔬菜的污染相对其他金属相比严重,其次是Zn和Pb,只是微量超过蔬菜标准限量值。4个采样区域附近菜地的蔬菜污染程度分别为机械加工厂采样区蔬菜污染程度在污染警戒线,农药厂和化纤厂采样区蔬菜污染程度都在安全范围,化工厂采样区蔬菜污染程度部分在安全范围。 National heavy metals detection standards were reference and the content of heavy metal Pb,Cd,Cr,Cu,As and Zn in soil and leafy vegetable samples by atomic absorption spectrometry were tested to assessment the heavy metal pollution in soil of the chemical zone and leaf vegetables of coriander,pakchoi,lettuce,and spinach.In addition,the single factor pollution index,comprehensive pollution index and potential hazard ecological pollution index was applied to evaluate the safety aimed at provided the scientific basis of prevention and control of soil heavy metal pollution in farmland and suburb.The results showed that potential ecological risk index of heavy metal was 163.53 and 155.54 in machinery and chemical plants,respectively.There is a slight effect on local ecological environment and the index of pesticide plants and chemical fiber factory were less than 150,at the level of slight and have little influence for local ecological environment.The content of soil heavy metals in four sampling areas exceeded the second-class national soil environmental quality standards by three heavy metals:Cu,Pb and As in the machining plant,and Cu and Cd in the pesticide plant and chemical plant respectively.The vegetables heavy metals content at four sampling points also tested.The study showed that the pollution of Cu on vegetables was the best serious than other metals,followed by Zn and Pb,which exceeded the vegetable standard limit value only a trace amount.The contamination level of the vegetable plots were machining plant on the pollution warning line,pesticide plants and chemical fiber plants in a safe range,chemical plant in a safe range partly near four sampling areas.
