电容式电磁驱动器非线性系统主共振分析

摘要 以一种电容式电磁驱动器为研究对象,该驱动器由电容器、介质板和非线性弹簧构成,根据拉格朗日麦克斯韦方程建立系统的非线性振动方程,应用多尺度法分析系统主共振问题,并进行数值计算,得到系统幅频响应曲线。结果表明:系统的主共振幅频响应曲线无跳跃现象,此系统为弱非线性系统;随着阻尼系数的增大、系统的振幅减小;随着激励电压幅值的增大,系统的振幅和共振区域增大;随着电容两极板间距的增大,系统的振幅和共振区域减小;随着电容极板长度的增加,振幅和共振区域增大。该结论能够更好地指导电磁驱动器的结构设计和改进。 Taking a capacitance type electromagnetic actuator as the research object,the driver consists of a capacitor,dielectric plate and nonlinear spring.According to the Lagrange Maxwell equation,the nonlinear vibration equation of the system was established.Applying the method of multiple scales,the primary resonance of the system problems was analyzed and numerical calculation was carried out.The amplitude frequency curves of the system was obtained.The results show that the amplitude frequency response curve of the primary resonance of the system has no jumping phenomenon.This system is a weakly nonlinear system.With the increase of the damping coefficient and the distance between the two electrodes of a capacitor,the amplitude and the region of the primary resonance of the system decrease.With the increase of the excitation voltage and the length of a capacitor,the amplitude and the resonance region of the system increase.
