摘要
设计一种双向脉冲变频控制的直线电动机,该种直线电动机同国内外现有的直线电动机相比在驱动方式和结构上进行了创新,由双向脉冲变频电源控制,利用该原理成功设计了一种用于工业计量中的往复泵驱动器。该种直线电动机特点是结构简单,通过适当改变动力头的结构,可以设计开发出多种产品。
A kind of linear motor of two-way pulse variable frequency control was designed.Compared to the existing linear motors at home and abroad,this kind of linear motor had innovations in driven approach and structure.The entire motor movement process was controlled by two-way pulse variable frequency power.According to this theory,the reciprocating pump actuator used in industrial measurement was successfully designed.The kind of linear motor was characterized by simple structure.Appropriate changes in the structure of power head can be designed to a variety of products.
