摘要
针对文献传递发文量及服务量均呈下滑趋势情况,论文利用个案研究方法,对天津理工大学图书馆的文献传递服务进行研究,旨在深入剖析文献传递服务量下降的原因,提出新形势下文献传递服务的四点工作思路,即"分析服务效果,优化资源配置""开展用户调研,增强用户粘度""提高服务竞争力""利用新媒体,提高服务传播力"。
The amounts of document delivery journal articles and document delivery services are in the downward trend in recent years.This paper uses case study method to study Tianjin University of Technology Library,in order to analyze the reasons for the decline of the number of document delivery services,and put forward four working solutions,including‘analysing service effect,optimizing resource allocation’,‘developing user research,enhancing user viscosity’,‘improving service competitiveness’,and‘using new media to improve service communication ability’.
