摘要
目的:探讨艾滋病患者/感染者睡眠障碍的发生率以及影响睡眠障碍发生的一些因素。方法:选取2017年3月至10月兰州市肺科医院感染科门诊就诊284例艾滋病患者/感染者,采用睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)进行调查,收集患者的人口学和睡眠状况资料以及CD4值,共获得120例睡眠障碍患者。采用Mann-Whitney U秩和检验、t检验、方差分析等方法进行数据处理分析。结果:纳入研究的艾滋病患者睡眠障碍人群中男性患者多于女性患者,且多集中在中青年期。总体来看,文化程度越低发病可能性越大,但研究生以上发病率急剧下降。无业人员及工作强度高、压力大的人群发病率也较高。结论:艾滋病患者/感染者睡眠障碍的发生率极高,影响艾滋病患者/感染者睡眠障碍的因素较多,与患者的性别、年龄、职业、疾病损伤程度、焦虑、抑郁以及生命质量等密切相关,应给予足够的重视和关注。同时,在疾病治疗过程中应给予患者的睡眠状况一定的关注,适当采取必要的干预措施,对于提高患者的睡眠质量、改善患者的生命质量会起到积极的作用。
Objective: To investigate the incidence of sleep disorders in AIDS patients/infected persons and the factors influencing the occurrence of sleep disorders. Methods: A total of 284 AIDS patients/infected patients were enrolled,and a total of 120 patients with sleep disorders were obtained by using the self-rating sleep status scale( SRSS) to investigate and collect demographic and sleep status data and CD4 values of the patients. Mann-whitney U rank sum test,t test and variance analysis were used to analyze the data. Results: There were more male patients with sleep disorder than female patients,and most of them were in middle and young age. On the whole,the lower the degree of education,the higher the risk of disease,but the incidence of the above graduate students dropped sharply. The incidence rate of unemployed persons and people with high working intensity and pressure is also higher. Conclusion: The incidence of sleep disorders in AIDS patients/infected people is extremely high,and there are many factors affecting sleep disorders in AIDS patients/infected people,which are closely related to the patients’ gender,age,occupation,degree of disease injury,anxiety,depression and quality of life,and should be paid enough attention and attention. At the same time,in the course of disease treatment,the patient’s sleep should be given some attention and necessary intervention measures should be taken appropriately,which will play a positive role in improving the patient’s sleep quality and improving the patient’s life quality.
