摘要
目的:研究与观察系统性红斑狼疮合并睡眠障碍现状及影响因素。方法:选取2017年2月至2018年11月期间四川省德阳市人民医院风湿免疫科诊治的系统性红斑狼疮患者136例为研究对象,将其睡眠障碍发生率进行统计,比较不同性别、年龄、文化程度、病程、疼痛程度、心理状态、疾病活动指数、药物应用量及收入情况者的睡眠障碍发生率,采用多因素Logistic回归分析上述因素与系统性红斑狼疮合并睡眠障碍的关系。结果:136例系统性红斑狼疮患者的睡眠障碍发生率为41.18%(56/136),不同文化程度及收入情况者的睡眠障碍发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同性别、年龄、病程、疼痛程度、心理状态、疾病活动指数及药物应用量者的睡眠障碍发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),多因素Logistic回归分析显示,性别、年龄、病程、疼痛程度、心理状态、疾病活动指数及药物应用量是系统性红斑狼疮合并睡眠障碍的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:系统性红斑狼疮合并睡眠障碍的发生率较高,且影响因素较多。
Objective:To study and observe the status of systemic lupus erythematosus complicated with sleep disorders and its influence factors.Methods:A Total of 136 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus in our hospital from February 2017 to November 2018 were chosen as the study object,and the sleep disorders rate of all the patients was analyzed,and the sleep disorders rates of patients with different gender,ages,education degree,disease course,pain degree,psychology state,disease activity index,dose of drug application and income situation were compared,and the relationship between those factors and systemic lupus erythematosus complicated with sleep disorders were analyzed with multivariate Logistic regression analysis.Results:The sleep disorders rate of 136 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus was 41.18%(56/136),the sleep disorders rates of patients with different education degree and income situation were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the sleep disorders rates of patients with different gender,ages,disease course,pain degree,psychology state,disease activity index and dose of drug application were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed the gender,ages,disease course,pain degree,psychology state,disease activity index and dose of drug application were the influence factors of systemic lupus erythematosus complicated with sleep disorders(P<0.05).Conclusion:The sleep disorders rate of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus is high,and the influence factors are more.
