摘要
随着新医改的深入,我国儿童医疗卫生服务体系建设卓有成效,但仍面临主体供给机构服务能力待释放、供给结构不合理、儿科医学人才总量不足以及儿童基本药物制度缺失等问题。基于此,本文提出适合我国国情的儿童医疗卫生服务体系发展路径:加快推进基层医疗机构儿科建设,加强儿科医学队伍建设,制定儿童基本药物制度以及加强与学术组织的合作。
With the deepening of the new medical reform,China's children's medical and health service system has been effective.However it still faces problems such as the unreleased ability of the main supply organization,the unreasonable supply structure,the shortage of pediatric medical talents and the lack of children's basic drug system.Based on this,this paper proposed a development path for children's medical and health service system which is suitable for China's national conditions:accelerating the construction of pediatrics in primary medical institutions,strengthening the construction of pediatric medical teams,formulating basic drug systems for children,and strengthening cooperation with academic organizations.
