摘要
采用文献和实证相结合的方法,系统总结了安徽省天长市医共体改革的实施路径、改革成效及经验启示。结果显示:天长市医共体模式在一定程度上实现了"医院、患者、医生、医保"等医疗服务利益相关者共赢的综合医疗服务治理机制,初步形成了以居民健康为中心、"15分钟看首诊、50公里看大病"的农村基层医疗服务体系。
Using the combination of literature and empirical methods,this paper systematically summarized the implementation path,reform effectiveness and experience of the reform of the medical community in Tianchang City,Anhui Province.The results showed that the medical community model of Tianchang City has realized the comprehensive medical service governance mechanism of"hospital,patient,doctor,medical insurance"to a certain extent,and initially formed the rural primary medical service system.
