水淹和密度对牛鞭草与狗牙根碳水化合物的影响 被引量:1

Carbohydrate consumption of Hemarthria altissima and Cynodon dactylonis affected by flooding and plant density

摘要 探究狗牙根(Cynodon dactylon)(C)与牛鞭草(Hemarthria altissima)(H)在不同水分处理和密度配置下可溶性糖含量和淀粉含量的变化。在盆栽控制条件下通过设置3种不同水分条件[对照组(CK)、浅淹组(SF)、全淹组(TF)]、7种配置比例,每盆牛鞭草与狗牙根株数分别按2株进行递增与递减,具体的配比分别为0∶12、2∶10、4∶8、6∶6、8∶4、10∶2和12∶0,比较水淹处理、密度配置对狗牙根、牛鞭草可溶性糖含量和淀粉含量的影响。结果表明:1)与对照相比,浅淹处理下狗牙根、牛鞭草地上可溶性糖、淀粉含量升高;深淹处理下狗牙根、牛鞭草地上可溶性糖、淀粉含量降低。2)密度配置对狗牙根地下部分可溶性糖、淀粉含量有显著影响(P<0.05);在各水分处理下,与狗牙根单植相比,混植使狗牙根地下部分可溶性糖、淀粉含量下降。3)密度配置对牛鞭草的可溶性糖、淀粉含量有显著影响(P<0.05),对茎可溶性糖的影响例外。狗牙根、牛鞭草体内发生碳转移以应对水淹胁迫和不同的密度配置,可据此在三峡库区消落带不同海拔位进行不同的密度配置,对草本植被的恢复具有重要意义。 The carbohydrate content of Cynodon dactylon and Hemarthria altissima were examined under different flooding conditions and mixture combinations.A pot experiment was conducted using a replacement series design in which H.altissima and C.dactylon were planted in seven ratios(0∶12,2∶10,4∶8,6∶6,8∶4,10∶2,and 12∶0),using three water treatments(normal growth water condition(CK),flooding at 10 cm above soil surface(SF),and flooding at 2 m above soil surface(TF).Compared with the CK treatment,the above-ground carbohydrate content of H.altissima and C.dactylon were higher under SF than under TF,and the aboveground carbohydrate content of H.altissima and C.dactylon were lower.Plant density significantly affected root carbohydrate content of C.dactylon under all three water treatments(P<0.05),and the root carbohydrate content of C.dactylon decreased when both species were planted.Plant density significantly affected carbohydrate content in H.altissima(P<0.05),but had no effect on stem sugar.Stored non-structural carbohydrates in tissues of C.dactylon and H.altissima may be an adaption to the flooding environments(SF and TF)and plant densities which occur at different heights in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area.
