摘要
为研究白藜芦醇对水产品优势腐败菌蜂房哈夫尼菌生物膜形成的影响,检测了白藜芦醇对紫色杆菌CV026中紫色杆菌素产量的影响以及对蜂房哈夫尼菌生物膜形成能力的抑制作用。结果表明,与未处理的对照组相比,白藜芦醇能够显著抑制由群体感应控制的紫色杆菌CV026中紫色杆菌素的产量而不抑制其生长,抑制率达74.9%。白藜芦醇以浓度依赖的方式抑制蜂房哈夫尼菌游动能力(74.1%)和生物膜的形成(79.1%),表明白藜芦醇可能作为一种群体感应抑制剂或抗生物膜制剂来控制食品腐败,从而提高食品安全性。
To investigate the effect of resveratrol on biofilm formation of specific spoilage bacteria Hafnia alvei,the effect of resveratrol on the production of violacein was detected by Chromobacterium violaceum 026(CV026)and to evaluate the inhibition of resveratrol on the formation of biofilm by Hafnia alvei using violacein and crystal violet assays.Compared with untreated control group,resveratrol could significantly inhibit the production of purple Bacillus CV026 controlled by quorum sensing without inhibiting its growth,with an inhibition rate of 74.9%.The result showed that resveratrol inhibited the swimming ability and biofilm formation of Hafnia alvei in a concentration\|dependent manner of 74.1%and 79.1%,respectively.The result suggested that resveratrol could be used as a quorum sensing inhibitor or anti\|biofilm agent to control food spoilage and improve food safety.
