摘要
我国青少年创新精神和能力的缺失成为社会关注的焦点之一。此研究反思当前中小学教育后发现,存在教育方针执行重统一均衡、轻自由个性,教育主体和教学方法重教师轻学生、重灌输轻思考,学习内容过早前移负担重、体系不优重复多,评价方式方法单一、目标功利等问题。破解当前困境,学校应当秉承回归教育本质的理念,从因材施教的主体性原则、鼓励兴趣的解放性原则、打破单一的多样性原则和全面协调的发展性原则等方面着手。
The lack of the innovative spirit and ability of young people in our country has become a focus.When rethinking current middle and primary school education,we find that there are several problems,such as when implementing the education policy,our school and parents emphasize unified developments but ignore freedom and individuality;we focus the instilling of teachers but neglect the consideration of students;the prematurely moving forward of the learning content makes burdens harder;the poor system causes too much repetition;the evaluation method is single and utilitarianism.Education should follow the ideas of the returning to the essence of education,and adhere to the subjective principle of teaching according to student’s aptitude,the liberating principle of encouraging interest,the diversity principle of breaking single and the comprehensive and coordinated developing principle in order to get rid of the current dilemma.
