摘要
采用现行核电工程的经济性评估方法对以模块化建造等技术为特征的先进建造技术经济性评估有一定局限性,因此亟需建立适用新技术应用的核电厂经济评估方法。借鉴国外核电工程的经济性评估方法,研究分析并建立先进建造技术的直接经济效果、间接经济效果、财务效益、全周期经济性评估方法,为业内先进建造技术全周期的经济性评估研究提供参考。
The economic evaluation method of the current nuclear power project has limited on the advanced construction with the feature of modular construction technology.Therefore,it’s urgent to establish economic evaluation method for nuclear power plant.This paper establishes the economic evaluation method according to the experience of foreign nuclear power engineering,including direct economic effect,indirect economic effect,analysis of financial benefit and the whole cycle economic evaluation method,in order to provide reference for evaluating the lifecycle economy of the advanced construction technology project.
