同步顶升技术在连续箱梁桥支座更换中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 既有预应力混凝土连续箱梁桥在施工和运营中经常出现支座变形、脱落等病害,严重影响桥梁的正常使用。以海铺立交D匝道工程为背景,通过顶升方案的比较,选择出最适合连续桥梁支座更换的方法为整体同步顶升法。并在以采用同步顶升法的条件下运用有限元软件Midas Civil进行计算分析,考虑中断交通和不中断交通两种工况,计算得出各个支座的支座反力,为顶升施工提供理论依据。同时合理布置千斤顶数量,为大吨位的顶升施工积累经验,并为以后桥梁的同步顶升加固提供借鉴。 Introducing that bearing deformation,slide and other disease often appear in the existing prestres-sed concrete continuous box girder bridge during the process of construction and operation,Which could harm structural safety and serviceability.Based on the new built grade-separated interchange Haipu,Focused on the bearing replacement of HaiPu grade-separated interchange D ramp continuous box girder bridge,through comparing schemes,selected the construction technology of entire synchronized jacking to replace the support.Focused on how to use finite element analysis software Midas Civil to get the support reaction and analyze the safety of local stress in interrupted traffic and without interrupting the traffic of two conditions.Providing the theoretical base for the subsequent construction.At the same time,the number of jacks is arranged reasonably,which will accumulate experience for the construction of large tonnage jacking and provide reference for the simultaneous reinforcement of the bridge.
