油酸甘油酯的合成与性能评价

摘要 以甘油和油酸为反应物,在固体酸催化剂、氮气保护、二甲苯为携水剂的条件下,合成了油酸甘油酯。考察了反应温度、反应时间和催化剂用量对反应酯化率的影响,采用红外光谱对其产物进行了定性表征,并评价了其理化性能和抗磨性能。合成油酸甘油酯的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度为200℃,反应时间为4 h,催化剂用量为油酸质量的1.5%,在该条件下,酯化率可以达到98.84%。采用高频往复试验机测试了油酸甘油酯的抗磨性能,在加入量为190μg·g-1时,可使钢球的磨斑直径从610.90μm降低为364.40μm。 Applied glycerin and oleic acid as reactants,the mixed oleic acid glyceride was synthesized under the conditions of solid acid catalyst,nitrogen protection and xylene as water-carrying agent.The effect of reaction temperature,reaction time and catalyst dosage on the reaction yield were investigated.The products were qualitatively characterized by infrared spectroscopy,and their physical and chemical properties and antiwear properties were evaluated.The optimum conditions for the synthesis of glycerol monooleate were as followed:reaction temperature was 200℃,reaction time was 4h,and the amount of catalyst was 1.5%of oleic acid.Under these conditions,the esterification rate could reach 98.84%.The anti-wear performance of monoolein was tested by a high-frequency reciprocating tester.When the addition amount was 190μg/g,the diameter of the steel ball was reduced from 610.90μm to 364.40μm.
