摘要
基于曲柄滑块和四杆机构原理,根据各构件的相对位置和相对运动关系,建立了排料机构几何关系式和力学方程。通过MATLAB对传动系统中各影响因素进行分析,得到不同参数下的系统输出转矩与输入转矩的比值,确定设计最优方案。为排料机构的结构优化、节能减排等方面的研究提供了理论依据。
Based on the principles of slider-crank mechanism and quarto-rod,the geometric relationships and mechanical equations of the discharging mechanism were established.The ratio of the output and input torque was obtained through analyzing the influencing factors of the transmission system under different parameters based on MATLAB.So the optimal design scheme was determined,which could be helpful to provide a theoretical basis for researches of structural optimization,energy saving and emission reduction,and so on.
