摘要
分析了竖罐式煅烧炉的结构、原理及煅烧石油焦的一些特性,并探讨了罐式炉运行中排料、挥发分、供风等和炉温的关系,提出了罐式炉运行中经常出现的故障和处理办法,展望了罐式炉未来的发展。
The structure and mechanism of the pot calciner and the characteristic of calcined petroleum coke in China were analyzed. The relationship between the discharge rate, volatile, air supply and temperature of caleiner were discussed. The solutions for faults resulted in operating of the pot calciner were put forth, and the developments of the pot calciner in the future were prospected.
