摘要
深入探究了A钢厂1×180 m^2烧结环冷机烟气余热回收利用项目,总结归纳了烧结余热利用技术的利用情况、应用现状及其影响因素,并在实际应用项目中详细阐述了烧结余热利用技术的具体工艺流程、设备运行和密封改造等方面的内容。同时,开创性地将烧结机尾烟气余热纳入余热回收范围,此举进一步降低了烧结生产成本,希望为烧结环冷机余热回收的工艺流程设计及其运行提供指导和参考。
This paper delved into the flue gas waste heat recovery and utilization project of 1伊180 m2 sintering circular-cooler in A Steel Plant,summarized the utilization status,application status and influencing factors of sintering waste heat utilization technology,and elaborated the specific technological process,equipment operation and seal modification of the technology in the actual application of the project.At the same time,this paper innovatively included the waste heat of the tail gas of sintering machine into the range of waste heat recovery,which further reduced the cost of sintering production,in the hope of providing guidance and reference for the waste heat recovery process design and operation of sintering circular-cooler.
