摘要
目的:观察综合护理干预对肝硬化腹水的临床效果。方法:将2016年3月至2017年3月在广西中医药大学第一附属医院肝病科住院的86例肝硬化腹水患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组予西医内科常规治疗+普通护理;观察组在对照组的基础上加用综合护理。观察两组生命质量评分、护理满意度及临床总有效率的情况。结果:观察组在生理功能、心理功能、社会功能、总体健康及健康自我认知评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度为95.7%,对照组为85.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的临床总有效率为93.5%,对照组为80.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:治疗肝硬化腹水的过程中,给予综合护理,可以提高临床效果,改善预后。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on cirrhosis ascites.Methods:86 patients with liver cirrhosis ascites hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the subjects,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table.The control group was given conventional treatment and general nursing in the western medicine department,while the observation group was added comprehensive nursing except conventional treatment and general nursing.The scores of quality of life,nursing satisfaction and total clinical efficiency of the two groups were observed.Results:the scores of physiological function,psychological function,social function,general health and health self-cognition of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.7%,the control group was 85%,the observation group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 93.5%,that of the control group was 80%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of cirrhosis ascites,comprehensive nursing could improve the clinical effect and the prognosis,which was worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
