PEG改性高温煤焦油复掺石油沥青性能

The properties of petroleum asphalt added with high temperature coal tar by polyethylene glycol

摘要 将聚乙二醇(PEG)与煤焦油在70~75℃搅拌共混改性后加入到基质沥青中,通过三大指标、傅里叶红外光谱仪、动态剪切流变实验和扫描差示量热实验对其改性性能进行分析。结果表明,改性沥青针入度和延度降低,软化点升高;根据Lambera Beer定律,定量分析峰面积,36. 12%的聚乙二醇分子参与改性去毒;改性沥青复数剪切模量和车辙因子随温度升高而减小,相位角随温度升高而增大,抗车辙能力较基质沥青改性沥青高温性能提高近10℃; 37. 5℃以上,10%~15%掺加量,改性效果最好; 37. 5℃以下,掺量越大,改性效果越好;改性后玻璃化温度升高不明显,掺加20%比例改性剂时,玻璃化转变温度最高提升2. 7℃。相比于基质沥青,改性沥青低温性能略有降低,但高温性能显著提高。 The polyethylene glycol was heated to 70~75℃stirred blending with coal tar,then the modified coal tar was mixed with asphalt,they were carried out to analyze the modification performance by three indexes,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,dynamic shear rheological experiment and scanning differential calorimetry experiment.The results showed that the penetration and ductility of modified asphalt decreased and the softening point increased;according to Lambera Beer law,quantitative analysis of peak area,36.12%of polyethylene glycol molecules involved in modified detoxification;the complex shear modulus and rutting factor of modified asphalt decrease with the increase of temperature,and the phase angle increases with the increase of temperature.The rutting resistance of the modified asphalt increases by nearly 10℃higher than that of the matrix modified asphalt;When the temperature is above 37.5℃,the modification effect of 10%~15%was best.Under the temperature of 37.5℃,the better the dosage was,the better of modification effect was;the glass transition temperature of modified asphalt did not increase obviously,and the glass transition temperature was increased by 2.7℃when the proportion of modifier was added.Compared with the asphalt,the low temperature performance of modified asphalt decreased slightly,but the high temperature performance of modified asphalt improved obviously.
