摘要 炭素及石墨生制品混捏成型工段产生的沥青烟气治理一直以来是困扰行业的"痛点"问题之一。通过"炭素及石墨制品混捏成型沥青烟全流程高效吸附技术"的研发,解决了由于沿程焦油凝结导致排烟管道及净化设备堵塞造成系统失效、净化效率低等难题。该技术已经在炭素石墨行业成功推广应用,取得了良好的效果。 The treatment of pitch fume produced during kneading and forming process for carbon and green graphite products has always been one of the pain spots in the carbon industry.Through the research and development of’the whole process highly-efficient pitch fume adsorption technology for carbon and graphite products kneading and forming process’,the problems of system failure and low scrubbing efficiency are solved,which are caused by blockage of exhaust pipe and scrubbing equipment due to the tar condensation along the way.The technology has already been successfully promoted and applied in the carbon industry,with good results achieved as well.
