摘要
目的了解上海市静安区25家二级及以下医疗机构中药饮片的使用管理现状,提高上海市静安区中药药事管理质量。方法通过年度督查过程中发现的问题进行分析讨论。结果静安区25家医疗机构在中药饮片的医院管理责任、采购验收储存、中药调剂质量、中药饮片委托外加工代煎和中药处方的管理与点评或多或少存在一些问题。结论上海市静安区25家二级及以下医疗机构的中药饮片质量管理现状与国家制定的标准尚有一定差距,建议按照相关规定进行整改落实。
Objective To understand the current status of the use and management of TCM decoction pieces from 25 secondary medical institutions in Jingan District of Shanghai and to improve the quality of TCM pharmacy management in our district.Methods The problems found during the annual inspection process was analyzed and discussed.Results The 25 hospitals in Jingan District had more or less problems in the hospital management responsibilities,purchase and acceptance storage,quality of Chinese herbal medicine preparations,and the management and evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions.Conclusion There is still a certain gap between the current quality management of Chinese herbal medicines in 25 secondary medical institutions in Jingan District of Shanghai,and the standards established by the State.It is recommended that the implementation of the rectification be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations.
