摘要
目的:探讨21世纪初中国医院药事管理需要解决的主要问题。方法:运用医院药房发展史分析法,以及医院药学界重大事件分析法。结果:21世纪初中国医院药事管理面临的是医院药房工作模式转型和医院药房建设发展两大挑战。结论:笔者认为应对两大挑战的关键是加强政策引导,完善法规制度,强化学会工作职能,振兴药学人员的敬业精神。
Objective： To discuss the main problems of Chinese hospital pharmacy administration in the early 21th century Method： The development history of hospital pharmacy and the events in the academy of hospital pharmacy were analyzed. Results： The transtormation of hospital pharmacy working mode and the development of hospital pharmacy are two critical challenges tot Chinese hospital pharmacy administration in 21th century. Conclusion： The key eountermeasures are strengthening the leading of policy, accomplishing the regulation system, expanding the association functions, and finally arousing the working spirits of pharmacists.
