摘要
近年来,大学生就业问题得到了社会的高度重视和关注。校友是高校重要而宝贵的资源,校友资源在助力大学生就业方面有着独特的优势,如何更好地开展校友工作以推动大学生实现充分就业和高质量就业也成为了当今一个很重要的研究课题。
In recent years,the employment problem of college students has been more and more attention of the society.The alumni in universities is an important and valuable resource,alumni resources has a unique advantage in boosting employment of university students,how to better carry out the work of alumni to promote students to achieve full employment and high quality employment has become an important study on the subject.
