摘要
前人对《周易》"王用三驱"的释说,大致可分政务说、道德论两类。前者以王弼、孔颖达为代表,主要从狩猎文化的角度,用"三驱之道"喻比王者"唯贤是与"的用人之道。这一释说与曹魏、唐初的政治背景及其人才政策有关。由于《周易》王注、孔疏影响甚大,此后注、解《周易》者大都沿袭此说,进而附会以如军事等行政或政治事务,从而成为传、注"王用三驱"的传统。而从马王堆出土帛书、传世文献等记载看,以儒家一贯强调的"仁义"之德阐说"王用三驱",早在上古即已出现。唯因政务说流行颇广,道德论始终未为儒者瞩目。直至北宋程颐传注《周易》时,"王用三驱"的释说才回归儒家说《易》传统。尽管两类阐说都是针对狩猎活动而发的,但"王用三驱"的道德性阐释更契合《周易》原旨。
The explanation given by predecessors of the sentence,“the king used the Rite of San Qu”,can be divided into political interpretation and moral theory.From the angle of hunting culture,Wang Bi and Kong Yingda who supported the former one thought the sentence referred to the strategy of hiring the qualified people,which was related to the political background and talent policy during Wei-Cao period and the Early-Tang Dynasty.Under their influence of annotations by Wang Zhu and Kong Shu for the Zhou Yi,this interpretation added with military,administrative or political affairs led to be a convention.However,on the basis of records such as the silk manuscripts and handed-down documents from Mawangdui Han Tomb,the moral conduct of kindness and justice emphasized by the Confucianists,traced back to the ancient times,could also expound that sentence.Because the political one was so popular,the latter one did not draw the Confucianists’attention until Chen Yi in the Northern-Song Dynasty made annotations for the Zhou Yi.Although these two are both based on hunting activities,the explanation of moral theory to the sentence of“the king used the Rite of San Qu”still corresponds to the original intention of the Zhou Yi.
