摘要
为了解决桥梁拓宽施工过程中,架桥机利用旧桥吊运新增主梁时出现的不等高前支腿问题,以某高速公路互通桥梁拓宽工程为例,通过开展架桥机空间结构全过程施工分析,对架桥机在1.0~3.0m前支腿高差时的应力、变形及结构稳定性进行研究。结果表明:不等高前支腿对架桥机的应力影响最为显著,对变形及结构稳定性影响较小;前支腿高差较小时,对吊运过程受力有不利影响,但不改变最不利工况及控制应力;前支腿高差较大时,最不利工况及控制应力均发生改变,其最不利杆件应力增加18%。
In order to solve the problem of unequal height front leg which occurred when bridge erecting machine used old bridge to lift new main girder in the process of bridge widening construction,taking a widening project of a highway interchange bridge as an example,the stress,deformation and structural stability of front leg height difference of bridge erecting machine in 1.0~3.0 m were analyzed through the construction analysis of the whole process of space structure of bridge erecting machine.The results show that the unequal height front legs have the most significant influence on the stress of the bridge erecting machine,and have little effect on the deformation and structural stability.When the front leg height difference is small,the force on the lifting process is adversely affected,but it does not change the most unfavorable working conditions and control stress;when the height difference of the front leg is large,the most unfavorable working conditions and control stress are changed,and the stress of the most unfavorable member is increased by 18%.
