摘要
为了研究移动模架主梁屈曲稳定性及极限承载力,在不同断面尺寸下调整移动模架主梁腹板纵向加劲肋的竖向位置,并通过有限元模拟与规范对比的方法,开展了腹板纵向加劲肋对主梁屈曲稳定性影响的研究。结果表明,当腹板纵向加劲肋距腹板受压区边缘0.25h0~0.35h0范围内时,移动模架主梁屈曲稳定性可提高5.8%~9.7%。
In order to study the buckling stability and ultimate bearing capacity of the main girder of the movable formwork frame,the influence of the web longitudinal stiffener on the buckling stability of the main girder was studied by adjusting the vertical position of the web longitudinal stiffener of the main girder of the movable formwork frame under different section sizes through the method of finite element simulation and standard comparison.The results show that the buckling stability of the main girder of the movable formwork frame can be increased by 5.8%-9.7%when the longitudinal stiffening rib of the web is within the range of 0.25h 0-0.35h 0 from the edge of the web compression zone.
