摘要
为了提升同步纤维磨耗层的整体性能,建立容积效率-转速实时修正方法,计算不同喷嘴间距、不同排列组合下的喷嘴流量,对喷嘴布局进行优选。结果表明:在整个工作进程中,乳化沥青罐喷洒系统能实现加热量高于散热量的平衡,具备加热及保温功能;建议喷洒系统的容积效率在65%~80%;采用多喷嘴排布、等压喷洒(3bar)或等量喷洒(0.3~4bar)可控制沥青喷洒量在合适范围。
In order to improve the overall performance of the wear layer of synchronous fibers,a real-time correction method of volumetric efficiency and rotational speed was established to calculate the flow rate of nozzles with different nozzle spacing and arrangement combinations,and to optimize the nozzle layout.The results show that during the whole working process,the emulsified asphalt tank systematically achieves the balance of heating amount higher than heat dissipation and has the functions of heating and heat preservation;the volume efficiency of spraying system is suggested to be about 65%~80%;the asphalt spraying amount can be controlled by using multi-nozzle arrangement,isobaric spraying(3 bar)or equivalent spraying(0.3~4 bar).
