摘要
分析了影响沥青洒布横向均匀性的相关因素,进而通过流体能量和质量的守恒关系推导出沥青喷洒管内流量分配和横向均匀性的计算式,并在开发的同步封层车上得到了实际应用,取得了满意的效果。为沥青洒布横向均匀性的控制提供了可靠的设计方法。
The influencing factors upon transverse uniformity of bitumen spray are analyzed. The formulae of flow distribution in spray tube and transverse uniformity are deduced through the conservation law of flow energy and mass. The method was used in sealing machine and better results were gained. This paper provides references for transverse uniformity control.
