摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合非手术治疗股骨头坏死的方法。方法:采用臭氧靶点介入,冲击波,超声介导,电磁疗法,静脉疗法,中药内服。结果:Ⅱ期132例,治愈58例,显效29例,有效26例,无效19例;Ⅲ期77例,治愈20例,显效35例,有效12例,无效10例;Ⅳ期67例,治愈0例,显效18例,有效28例,无效21例。经统计学处理,P <0.005,治疗组与对照组有显著差异。结论:该治疗方法可以改善或重建股骨头的血液循环,促进骨再生,加速骨修复,是保留股骨头的有效方法。
Objective:To investigate the method of treating osteonecrosis of the femoral head by the integrative medicine with nonoperative.Methods:The patients were treated by ozone target intervention,shock wave,ultrasound guidance,electromagnetic therapy,intravenous therapy and TCM medicine.Results:In 132 cases of phaseⅡ,58 cases were cured;29 cases were marked;26 cases were effective;19 cases were ineffective.In 77 cases of phaseⅢ,20 cases were cured;35 cases were marked;12 cases were effective;10 cases were ineffective.In 67 cases of phaseⅣ,No case was cured;18 cases were marked;28 cases were effective;21 cases were ineffective.The difference between the treatment group and control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy can improve or reconstruct blood circulation of femoral head,promote regeneration of bone and accelerate bone repair,and is the effective way to reserve femoral head.
