摘要
目的研究股骨头坏死应用关节腔内臭氧与玻璃酸钠注射液联合治疗的临床价值。方法选择贵州省毕节市第一人民医院在2014年3月—2019年8月期间收治的64例股骨头坏死患者作为研究病例,按照计算机表法分为研究组和对照组,各32例,对照组行双氯芬钠与硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗,研究组实施关节腔内臭氧与玻璃酸钠注射液联合治疗,比较两组患者的生活质量评分、VAS评分以及股骨头坏死体积,分析两组的治疗效果及不良反应,观察记录两组股骨坏死改善情况。结果研究组股骨坏死改善情况评分显著高于对照组,研究组的生活质量各评分显著高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组高于对照组,股骨头坏死体积少于对照组,研究组总有效率为93.75%,显著高于对照组(71.88%),研究组不良反应发生率为9.37%,显著低于对照组(31.25%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节腔注射臭氧与玻璃酸钠注射液治疗股骨头坏死的效果显著,能够有效提高患者的治疗效果,值得应用。
Objective To study the clinical value of joint treatment of femoral head necrosis with intra-articular ozone and sodium hyaluronate injection.Methods 64 patients with osteonecrosis of the femoral head admitted in First People's Hospital of Bijie City between March 2014 and August 2019 were selected as the study cases,and they were grouped according to the computer table method.The study group and the control group had 32 cases each,and the control group was treated with double Treatment with clofenac sodium and glucosamine sulfate capsules,the study group implemented joint treatment of intraarticular ozone and sodium hyaluronate injection,the quality of life score,VAS score,and femoral head necrosis volume of the two groups of patients were compared,and the treatment effect and adverse reactions were analyzed.The improvement of femoral necrosis in the two groups was observed and recorded.Results The improvement score of femoral head necrosis of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The quality of life scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The VAS score was lower than that of the control group.The volume of femoral head necrosis was less than that of the control group.The total effective rate was 93.75%,which was significantly higher than 71.88%in the control group.The adverse reaction rate in the study group was 9.37%,which was significantly lower than 31.25%in the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ozone injection and sodium hyaluronate injection in the joint cavity have a significant effect on the treatment of femoral head necrosis,which can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients and is worthy of application.
