摘要
培养服务于国家发展战略、具有全球化素养和国际化竞争力的外语人才已经时不我待,在国家倡导创新发展、产教融合、校企合作的大背景下,充分利用政府、企业、行业组织和高校资源是提升外语人才培养的重要途径,但这四类机构的性质和发展目标不甚相同,单纯依靠自发力量很难形成高效的运行机制,可以尝试构建政府、企业、行业组织和高校"四位一体"联动培养外语复合实践人才的机制,从机构功能、运行、保障和反馈四个方面探讨四方有效整合资源、优势互补、互利共赢模式,以协同育人,提升外语人才服务于国家战略、地方经济的实力。
Inter-disciplinary foreign language talents with global horizon and international competitive edges serving China's developmental strategies are in urgent need in the context where innovative development,industry and education integration and school-enterprise cooperation are advocated by the government.However,it is difficult for the 4 traditional cultivation approaches,government,enterprise,industrial organization and universities,to establish an effective mechanism respectively.To solve the problem,an effort can be made to combine the advantages of all the 4 parties to build a mutually-benefited“4-in-1”mechanism for coordinated talent cultivation so as to improve foreign language talents to serve national strategies and local economic development.
