摘要
目的:分析评价本院住院药房在引进自动摆药机后准确率和工作效率的改变。方法:比较引入自动摆药机前后摆药准确度的变化、工作效率的转变,进行成本效果分析。结果:本院住院药房在引进摆药机后准确率提升了50. 00%,工作效率方面摆药药师由6名降至2名,摆完一个科室医嘱由9. 3～23. 2 min降至1. 3～6. 2 min;但是自动摆药机仍存在些许不足。结论:自动摆药机的应用是利大于弊,且是现代医疗的趋势。
Objective:To analyze and evaluate of cost-effectiveness of drug dispensary after the introduction of the automatic dispensing machine in our hospital.Method:The change of dispensing accuracy and work efficiency before and after the introduction of automatic dispensing machine were compared,and the cost-effectiveness analysis was carried out.Result:The accuracy of dispensing machine was increased by 50.00%in the in-patient pharmacy of our hospital.The working efficiency of dispensing pharmacists was reduced from 6 to 2,and the order of one department was reduced from 9.3~23.2 minutes to 1.3~6.2 minutes.Conclusion:The advantages of the application of automatic dispensing machine outweigh its disadvantages,and this is the trend of modern medicines.
