摘要
目的缩短住院部药房自动口服摆药机中拆零药品的周转期,提升药品规范化拆零管理水平。方法应用QC管理与活动,分析我院摆药机中拆零药品存在质量问题的原因。建立HIS自动生成拆零计划表,统计活动前、后口服摆药药袋中存在潜在隐患的药袋数。结果活动前后,我院月口服摆药总药袋中潜在隐患药袋占比分别为8.15%(活动前)、0.59%、0.52%、0.45%、0.47%。结论住院部药房通过开展QC活动,有效地解决了摆药机药品拆零管理中存在的不科学、不规范等问题,保证了药品质量与用药安全。
Objective To shorten the turnover period of dismounted drug in the automatic drug dispensing machine of inpatient pharmacy and improve the dismounted drug management. Methods The reasons for the quality problems in the dismounted drug of automatic drug dispensing machine were analyzed by quality control （ QC ） management and activities, and the dismounted schedule was established automatically by HIS system. The potential quality problems with drug bags were analyzed statistically before and after QC. Results The proportion of the potential quality problems with drug bags was 8. 15% before QC and 0. 59% , 0. 52% , 0. 45% and 0. 47% after QC. Conclusion The problems of unscientific and non-standardized management in dismounted drug of the automatic drug dispensing machine in outpatient pharmacy can be effectively solved, which ensures the quality of drugs and medication safety.
