摘要
水松纸切割装置切纸过程中刀片会产生弹性变形,使刀片磨损,影响切纸效果。为了使刀片不被加速磨损或被折断,切纸效果符合要求,切纸刀的挤压量、切纸辊的圆跳动、切纸刀的圆跳动以及齿轮的啮合间隙需要在规定的误差范围内。结合水松纸切割装置本身结构特点,分析其装配要求,通过测定切纸刀合适的挤压量,得到刀片寿命与切纸效果,从而提高该装置的运行稳定性。
The blade will produce elastic deformation during the paper cutting process of the tipping paper cutting device,which will cause the blade to wear and affect the paper cutting effect.In order to prevent the blade from being accelerated worn or broken,and make the paper cutting effect meeting the requirements,the extrusion amount of the cutter,the cricular runout of the paper cutting roller,the cricular runout of the paper cutter and the gear meshing clearance need to be within the specified error range.In this paper,according to the structural characteristics of the paper cutter,the requirements of its assembly are analyzed.By measuring the extrusion quantity of the cutter,the life of the blade and the paper cutting effect are obtained,thus to improve the operating stability of the device.
