摘要
从岗位确定、顶岗实习、记录过程、成绩评定四方面组织和实施顶岗实习,采用"五制度一标准"对顶岗实习进行管理,从而达到学校、企业和学生三方参与、三方受益的目的,真正实现了校、企、生"三赢"的局面。
This paper analyzes the organization and implementation of college students’on-the-job internship from the four aspects:post determination,on-the-job internship,process recording and evaluation.The author introduces the management model---five systems and one standard in the paper.Under this management model,college,enterprise and students all participate and benefit from it.
