摘要
研究东三省制造业上市公司企业绩效对于东北振兴战略的实施具有重要意义。本文从微观的企业视角出发,运用DEA、Malmquist指数和Tobit模型对东三省2007～2016年制造业企业的财务效率及其影响因素进行实证研究,研究结果显示:(1)多数企业绩效处于较低水平,前5年效率高于后5年,吉林省企业绩效水平较高,医药制造业企业绩效高于传统重工业;(2)东三省制造业整体绩效水平呈上升态势,纯技术效率是制约企业绩效的关键因素,行业技术变革是效率提升的主要动力;(3)区域对外开放程度和经济发展状况、股权结构和资本结构对于企业效率有显著影响。针对研究结果,本文从持续跟进振兴战略、提高战略实施的广泛性、加强技术改造力度、提高对外开放度和企业股权集中度并适当降低负债水平等方面为东三省制造业的未来发展提供了参考。
The research on the performance of listed manufacturing companies in the three provinces of Northeast China is of great significance for the implementation of Northeast Revitalization Strategy.From the micro enterprise perspective,this paper uses DEA,Malmquist index and Tobit model to make an empirical study on the financial efficiency and the influencing factors of the 2007~2016 years manufacturing enterprises in the three provinces of Northeast China.The results show that:(1)the performance of most enterprises is at a low level,the efficiency rate of the first 5 years is higher than the latter 5 years,and the performance level of the enterprises in Jilin Province is higher,the performance of the pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises is higher than the traditional heavy industry;(2)the overall performance level of the manufacturing industry in the Northeast China is rising,the pure technical efficiency is the key factor restricting the enterprises performance,and the technological change is the main driving force for the efficiency promotion;(3)the regional openess and economic development,the ownership structure and the capital have a significant impact on the efficiency of the enterprises.Finally,in view of the research results,we can provide references for the future development of the manufacturing industry in the three provinces from the aspects of continuing to follow up the strategy,improving the universality of the strategy,strengthening the strength of the technological transformation,improving the degree of opening to the outside world and the ownership concentration of the enterprises and reducing the level of debt.
