低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及护理观察被引量：3

摘要目的研究低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者的效果观察及护理要点。方法将我院于2015年5月至2016年4月间接收的92例不稳定型心绞痛患者,按照便利抽样法将患者划分为对照组46例与干预组46例,科室为对照组患者提供一般疾病护理服务,为干预组患者提供早期护理干预,评价两组患者疗效。结果对照组患者治疗有效率为39例(84.78%),干预组患者治疗有效率为44例(95.65%)。干预组患者治疗有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。结论科室为不稳定型心绞痛患者提供低分子肝素钙治疗期间加强护理观察,患者治疗有效率较高。
