摘要
晋煤集团赵庄煤业地质条件复杂,掘进巷道多次改变中线,运输设备布置繁复。针对多台设备同时运转所需人员多、管理难度大、生产效率降低的问题,赵庄煤业改造了E1305工作面运输巷控制系统,根据动力线载波数据通信方法,组成局域传输控制网,实现了掘进过程中后路运输系统的远程集中控制,减少了人员数量,提升了生产效率。
Based on the complex geological condition and transportation of Zhaozhuang Mine,multiple devices operate simultaneously with large labor,difficult management and low production efficiency,E1305 working face transportation roadway control system was improved,domain transmission control network was formed according to power line carrier data communication method,realizing remote centralized control of transportation system,reducing the number of people and employees and improving productivity.
